Group and private Yoga as well as Meditation and Breathing classes for all skill levels are available. If you are recovering from surgery or accident, have limitations in your body, or you have special needs - Yoga Therapy sessions will work for you! Our experienced yoga instructor team provides authentic Krishnamacharya tradition Teacher Training programs and numerous specialty trainings and workshops of deeper yoga study for yoga teachers and persons new to yoga. Absolutely beautiful views over the cliffs and ocean—worth the visit for the scenery alone. The food was good, but definitely on the overpriced side for what you get. Come for the views, enjoy the experience, just be ready for the bill 😉
