Do you ever hear ringing, buzzing, or humming in your ears when no sound is present?
That’s called tinnitus — and it affects over 25 million Americans regularly.

Causes can include:
• Noise exposure (concerts, earbuds, loud work environments)
• Hearing loss
• Ear infections or medical conditions
• Stress and certain medications

While there’s no “one cure,” there are proven ways to manage tinnitus: sound therapy, hearing aids, relaxation techniques, and professional audiology care.

You don’t have to live with the ringing alone. Support and solutions are available. Give as a call here at Chippendale Audiology at (239) 230-3799.

Protect your hearing. Seek help early. Reclaim the quiet.

Today we celebrate the International Day of Sign Languages — a reminder that communication is a human right.

Sign language empowers millions of people around the world who are Deaf and hard of hearing to connect, learn, and thrive.

As audiologists and hearing health advocates, we honor and support:
• The beauty and diversity of sign languages
• The importance of accessibility and inclusion
• The right of every person to express themselves and be understood

Whether through hearing technology, sign language, or both — everyone deserves a voice.

Let’s work together for a world where no one is left out of the conversation.

☠️🦜 Ahoy, mateys! Today be Talk Like a Pirate Day! While ye may shout “Arrr!” and “Yo ho ho!” with yer crew, remember this: loud voices and cannon-like noises can harm yer hearing!

Protect yer ears so ye don’t end up sayin’, “What was that, matey?” more than ye’d like.

⚓ Pro tip: Whether it’s cannon fire, concerts, or construction, use hearing protection so ye can keep hearin’ the waves and the wind for many voyages to come.

On Talk Like a Pirate Day, remember:
⚓ Pirates didn’t have audiologists… but YOU do.
⚓ Schedule a hearing check before yer “Arrr!” becomes “Eh?”
⚓ Protect yer hearing so ye can enjoy all the sounds of the seven seas.

🦜 Aye, yer ears be priceless treasure — guard them well!

What is Hearing the Call?

Hearing the Call is a movement of audiologists and communities working together to bring the gift of hearing to people in need — both here at home and around the world.

We believe:
• Everyone deserves access to hearing healthcare.
• Hearing connects people to family, work, education, and life itself.
• By giving the gift of hearing, we restore not only sound… but hope, dignity, and opportunity.

From local clinics to global outreach trips, Hearing the Call empowers audiologists to serve, and patients to reconnect with the world around them.

Because when people hear better, they live better.

When you support Clarity Audiology & Hearing Solutions, it means you are supporting Hearing the Call and advancing hearing healthcare and awareness around the world. Thank you for taking this journey with us.

Today is World Patient Safety Day — a reminder that safe, high-quality healthcare is everyone’s right.

At Clarity Audiology & Hearing Solutions, we believe patient safety means more than hearing tests and hearing aids. It’s about protecting your ability to stay safe every day:
• Hearing alarms, alerts, and emergency instructions
• Staying aware of traffic and potential dangers while walking or driving
• Clearly understanding medical directions and care plans
• Ensuring hearing devices are fitted and functioning properly

Safe hearing care = safer lives. When you protect your hearing, you protect your health, independence, and safety in the world around you.

On this World Patient Safety Day, let’s remember: Hearing well is living safe.
