My client came in today with a lot of pain. He said, " I feel like my low back is going to snap like a candy cane!" This is the first image I thought of! We worked on some posture exercises and relieved muscle tension with deep tissue massage. An hour later, he felt much better and stated "Thanks Nick, I'm ready for Christmas morning."
