Gluten free Sausage Gravy
2 lbs Jimmy Dean Original bulk sausage
1/4 cup King Arthur gluten free flour
3 cups milk of your choice (I used Lactaid for this)
Ground pepper to taste
Brown the sausage and finely crumble. Sprinkle with flour and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the milk and cook until thickened. You may need to add more milk to get your desired consistency. It will thicken tremendously upon cooling so leftovers may need to be thinned just a bit.
