We enjoyed manicures on Monday and today we celebrated Mrs. Pauline's birthday! Happy birthday, Mrs. Pauline and pretty nails, ladies!

Balancing life with spiritual, social, physical, and intellectual care on our Friday together.
After morning exercise, we enjoyed reading Scripture on the porch, and after lunch, we played "Wheel of Fortune!" Have a wonderful weekend!

We couldn't let this beautiful weather pass us by!!!! We had an ice cream social and a sing-a-long outside, this afternoon at Assisted Living. Yummy treats, good tunes, wonderful friends and a great time!

Today we partied like pirates in Assisted Living! Some drinks and snacks and some target practice! And everyone who played scored some pirate b***y (candy, chips, cookies or crackers). We hope your Friday has been as fun as ours!

We started our day with physical movement exercise, reading scripture, and exposing ourselves to nature with an outdoor social. This afternoon, we took a ride on the bus with our Capetown friends. Remember, green spaces have been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance overall well-being.
