Every woman has the right to the birth experience of her choice, and to be fully informed of her options. I will help you research, I will stand by you once you have made you decisions, and I will be with you through planning, pregnancy, and postpartum.
As a doula, I can help you put together your birth plan, attend the labor and delivery, help you get started with breastfeeding, and visit you once you have gotten settled at home.
I am also a certified Elimination Communication and Potty Training Coach, and am working towards becoming a certified lactation counselor. In September 2019 two other local mothers and I formed the non-profit It Takes A Village, where we work to provide prenatal and postpartum education and support for women and families in Southeast Missouri and surrounding areas.
