Behavior Analyst BCBA

Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Services, the Behavior Analyst will provide supervision to RBT's, as well as developing programs and behavior intervention plans for adults.
The Behavior Analyst will be available to provide services to adults with developmental disabilities at our independent living skill development programs in Jackson and Cape Girardeau.
Starting pay for a newly certified BCBA, or with less than 1 year of experience as a BCBA, will be $72,500 annually. Salaries for experienced BCBAs will increase based on experience.

Qualifications:
• Masters, BCBA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must work successfully in both a team and individual setting
• Ability to think both analytically and creatively
Responsibilities:
• Put the needs of the individual served before all else
• Ensure all processes are ethical and follow policy guidelines
• Develop FBA and Behavior Support Plans
• Provide direct behavioral services
• Attend guardian, family, team and agency meetings as needed
• Develop procedures for crisis situations
• Provide support in crisis situations
• Timely and accurate documentation
• Conduct staff trainings
• Participate in agency quality review meetings and activities
• Conduct direct observation of program implementation

• Full and part time employees accrue paid time off, full time accrues approximately 8 days a year first 2 years, 10 days after 2 years, and 15 days per year after 10 years.

• 401(k) with up to 4% match
• 7 Paid sick leave days per calendar year
