Four years ago today we held our very first classes. ✨

From a little one room studio with me being the only instructor offering mat classes and private sessions to now having an entire rockstar team of instructors, multiple studio spaces, multiple formats, an infrared sauna and our very own cold-pressed juice and smoothie bar , we wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for you. 🫶🏼

To every single person who has ever stepped foot in our space, liked or shared our content, or supported us in any way, thank you. I am so grateful to every one who has supported this dream of mine. Creating this community has meant more to me than you could ever imagine!
