Regional Brain & Spine is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to work with our providers in the clinic setting. This staff member will be responsible for providing both the provider and patients with an efficient work environment. Duties may also include assisting with various in-office procedures, telephone triage, patient education, insurance pre-certifications/prior authorizations, etc. This staff member will be expected to have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, provider relations and teamwork skills.
