After 44 years of surgical practice, and 25 years since opening of The Vein & Esthetic Centre Dr Critchlow is retiring. It has been an honor and privilege taking care of you and we leave with wonderful memories. We will now enjoy grandchildren, gardening, golf,fishing, hunting, traveling, painting and cussing Democrats!
We are pleased to announce Dr Colleen Moore will be the custodian of your medical records and will continue to provide you with compassionate quality care. Best wishes and good health!

Deep Vein Thrombosis occurs when a blood clot forms in one or more deep veins. Usually in your legs. DVT can occur with no symptoms or you may experience leg pain & or swelling.A DVT can be very serious. The clot can travel to your lungs causing pulmonary embolism. Some of the ways a DVT can occur are after long periods of inactivity such as a long car trip, plane trip, after trauma or after a long period of bed rest. Two forms of treatment for a DVT could be with blood thinning medications and compression stockings
