We accept private pay residents and residents that are Medicaid and Medicare certified. •Professional 24 hour nursing care provided. Along with nurse aides, medication techn
icians and medication aides, our nursing staff includes registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, around the clock, seven days a week, to provide all the needed professional nursing care.
•Housekeeping and Laundry Services are provided daily.
•A beauty/barber shop is available to meet the beauty needs of our residents with a licensed beautician on staff five days a week.
•Dining service includes three meals per day, planned by a registered dietician, plus snacks upon request. We cater to the special modified and calculated diets, as prescribed by the resident's personal physician. Each meal has a time span of two hours providing the residents with a choice of time in which to eat.
•Therapy services are available. Fountainbleau Lodge offers physical, occupational, and speech therapies. We have a designated physical therapy room as well as restorative aides on staff. We have a contract with an independent physical therapy group to provide more extensive care and consultation to each resident.
•Social Services are provided to each individual resident. Social services include such things as contacts with outside sources available to make the quality of life for each resident more prosperous. It also includes identifying and meeting the needs of each resident. This service also provides financial assistance.
•Planned activities are offered on a daily basis for all residents. Each resident is encouraged to participate in each and every activity offered. Activities include things such as bingo, exercise class, musical programs, church services, birthday parties, and various games along with seasonal activities.
•The facility is equipped with the latest fire detection and protection equipment.
