💙 Family Appreciation Spotlight 💙

We are truly honored when families take the time to share their gratitude. Recently, Debbie Griffith reached out to thank our team for the excellent care her mother received during her 12-day stay at Lutheran Home.

Debbie shared:
“She felt secure and well cared for. She says if she had not been private pay, she would like to have stayed longer. Please share with the staff how much we appreciate them all.”

We are so thankful for these kind words and proud of our staff for the compassionate care they provide each day. 💐

We are always thankful for the opportunity to be part of our patients’ rehab-to-home goals. 💙

Mr. Burrows recently shared about his stay here at Providence Place:

“I came in unable to take a step. I am leaving here walking and able to return home. Staff has been awesome, responsive, and the food is great. This facility is more than a 5 star! 🍦🥤 Root Beer Float Party Fun! 🥤🍦

We had a sweet time celebrating with our some of our amazing Providence Place Rehab patients at our Root Beer Float Party! 🎉 Nothing beats the classic combo of creamy vanilla ice cream and fizzy root beer on a warm summer day!

Smiles, laughter, and delicious treats were shared by all — just another way we bring joy and comfort to those we care for. ❤️

🎉 August Birthday Celebration! 🎉

This month, we had the joy of celebrating our hospice residents with August birthdays in the sweetest way! 🍦🍋🍪

Residents and staff gathered outdoors to enjoy the beautiful weather, share laughter, and indulge in a delightful spread of homemade ice cream with fruit toppings, fresh-baked cookies, and refreshing lemonade. It was a day filled with smiles and heartfelt moments.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the lives and stories of each of our residents. 💛

Gayle Williams has been a beloved resident at Saxony Independent Village for the past two years, and she says she “absolutely loves it there.” 💛

After a recent hospital stay, Joan came to Providence Place for short-term rehab—and we’re honored to have been part of her recovery journey.
