✨ Rehab To Home Success Story! ✨

We are excited to share another inspiring journey from Providence Place. Recently admitted after a hospitalization, Clive Bridger worked hard with our rehab team and is now preparing to return home feeling strong and confident. 💪🏡

Clive shared:
“Everyone here has been super. I have no complaints. Rehab was great. They worked me hard and were so good to me. I plan to return home and feel good. My friends recommended me to come here and I am so glad they did. Thank you to everyone that has helped me along my stay.”

We are so proud of Clive’s hard work and honored that his friends trusted Providence Place with his recovery. 💙

✨ Parkinson’s can take many things from people, but one of the hardest losses can be their voice. As our Speech Therapist, Lisa, shares:

“Parkinson’s can take a lot from people, but especially their voice. LSVT LOUD can help improve voice strength, confidence, and overall ability to communicate effectively in any setting. Four weeks will pass whether you choose to do something or not—why not make them count?”

Jim Matthews recently completed four weeks of the LSVT LOUD program with Lisa, attending sessions four days a week. Here’s what he had to say about his journey:

💬 “It’s amazing how much stronger my voice has become. I know I have more work to do, but the time spent has been well worth it. The time commitment may seem like a lot, but it is worth the progress and growth. It has changed my life for the better.”

We had a sweet time celebrating with our some of our amazing Providence Place Rehab patients at our Root Beer Float Party! 🎉 Nothing beats the classic combo of creamy vanilla ice cream and fizzy root beer on a warm summer day!

Smiles, laughter, and delicious treats were shared by all — just another way we bring joy and comfort to those we care for. ❤️
