Happy International Women’s Day!
I celebrate women every day, by caring for my patients and clients at work and my two little women at home.
I admire women for their sensitivity, empathy, compassion and inner strength.
Female body is so much different from the male, therefore it needs a completely different approach!
Our bodies need different type of exercise and care. These needs change during our menstrual cycle and throughout all phases of life.

Chronic headaches?

Feet are our connection with the ground. They are our roots that help us feel grounded and move our body from place to place. They carry all our weight when we stand, walk or run. Sensation from them and the way they bear our weight influences our posture and movement. According to Eastern medicine we can find pressure points on our feet that can heal our whole body. We can take advantage of this knowledge with our every step! How much attention do you pay to your feet? How do you care for them? Do you ever walk barefoot?
