we are so blessed that our studio is located just a half a block from the beach on perry street, affording us the opportunity to offer beach yoga; breathing in the fresh, healing salt air as we offer daily morning classes all summer long with a beautiful ocean view!

This weeks energy feels ✨BIG✨
Between the Full Super Moon, Lunar Eclipse and the Fall Equinox, this is truly a time to clear out the old and welcome new beginnings! These events will be clearing out years of past karma as well as patterns and conditioning that no longer serve us on this new timeline we are entering. As sound as the capacity to clear our energetic fields this months sound bath can be extra special in facilitating all these changes taking place within us!
