IT’S BEEN A MINUTE…
Hanging splits into candlestick on the caddy was something I avoided.
I need to secure my oura ring & work on the dismount a bit but I’m calling it a win.
After a very challenging season, I am finally getting back to revisiting the hard things again.
The parts of the Pilates practice that can elevate anxiety & force you to face your fears.
What if my hands slip?
What if I trust myself to hold tight?
What if I get stuck?
What if I see where I am at today & get comfy with that?
