I decided to take the dog for a walk on the brand new blacktop along the boardwalk on Beach Drive in Cape May… and wow, they did an amazing job! We had such a great time enjoying the fresh air, the views, and getting in way more movement than I realized my body was ready for. 😅
The next morning? My left groin muscle was SO sore I could barely walk. I haven’t skated that far in a long time, and my muscles were definitely letting me know about it.
Thankfully, I had my magnesium spray nearby. Before bed, I sprayed it on my leg, let those magnesium minerals soak in, and went to sleep hoping for relief.
I woke up feeling SO much better. 🙌
I did some gentle yoga, stretched everything out, and by the next day I felt completely back to normal.
