Keiki & Me Yoga Hawaii

Keiki & Me Yoga Hawaii A class designed for moms, grandmas and dads who really want to do yoga, but have nowhere to leave their children! Fun! ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME.

There is NO AGE LIMIT for kids, because they just run around while we do yoga. I've got my Yoga certification in India 6 years ago and been teaching ever since. This 60 min class is different from usual yoga, because the kids are present in the same room and they are making some noise. There is also a yoga nanny besides the yoga instructor, who engages with the kids that we could stretch, breathe, workout and have some fun.

I'm sad but also I'm a bit relieved to announce that there will be no Keiki&Me classes. I've taught this class for several years now and I'm sad to let it go. But I also have to admit the reality: the time and space is not suitable for people, so I have to stop it for now... I'm still very open for offers, other studios and locations... Lmk and I hope to see you soon

Getting ready for this Friday Keiki&Me Yoga class and decided to take it to the next level - beautiful yoga themed coloring sheets will be available for kids to color on the spot and for adults to take home. I had quite a moment while coring this page, it felt really relaxing. If only I had time to do the entire coloring book! What else could be done to improve the class? I'd love to hear your thoughts
