Walker Rehabilitation Center Walker Rehabilitation is a privately owned, Medicare and Medicaid Certified skilled nursing facility in Carbon Hill, Alabama.

Our facility can accommodate fifty nine residents for either a short term rehab stay or long term residential stay.
