‼️RECALL ALERT‼️: Children’s Ibuprofen

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued an updated recall classification for certain bottles of children’s ibuprofen due to reports of possible contamination.

The recall involves Children’s Ibuprofen Oral Suspension (100 mg per 5 mL, 4 oz bottles) after some customers reported finding a “gel-like substance” and small black particles inside.

This product was manufactured by Strides Pharma Inc. for Taro Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. and distributed nationwide.

Expiration Date: January 31, 2027

The FDA has classified this as a Class II recall, meaning the product could potentially cause temporary or medically reversible health effects, but the risk of serious harm is considered low.
