May — a beautiful month.
Flowers blooming, graduations approaching, and summer just around the corner.

As I begin my anniversary vacation, a reminder that the last week of April is canceled, with a couple additional dates—May 4 & 7—as I finish this time away.

Because of the busyness that May brings, there will be no Sunday classes this month. Please check back in June.

Breathe. Balance. Be.
will continue Tuesdays at 7:00 PM—with two special nights: May 19 & 26.
These sessions will be 45 minutes as we begin preparing for the summer heat. We will continue exploring Nadi Shodhana while gently introducing a few cooling pranayama practices to support the season. Promo-BBB

And finally—ConGRADulations to our seniors.
May you continue making the world a better place—honoring the earth, humanity, and your own soul.

Thank you, Wildflower Community, for practicing with me.

Let your heart shine. -Blessing Strusz

Hugs do more than comfort— they help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and even increase oxytocin (the “connection” hormone).

They remind us we are not alone.

And sometimes, that’s everything.

Friendship hugs ....... Let your heart shine.

April Theme: Return to Love
There is so much anger, so much sadness in the world right now. You can feel it… and it’s hard not to carry it. But this month, we practice something different. We return to love.
Not as something outside of us— but as something we choose, moment by moment.
Through the breath.
Through the way we move.
Through the way we speak.
Even when it’s hard. Even when the world feels heavy. We return. Let this be your space to soften, to reconnect, to remember who you are underneath it all. All Classes:

Week 1: Love as Awareness
“It begins with noticing.”

Week 2: Love as Compassion
“Soften your inner voice.”

Week 3: Love as Connection
“We are not doing this alone.”

Week 4: Love as Trust
“Trust yourself. Trust your path.”

A Note for the Final Week
I’ll be celebrating 26 years of love, so during the final week I invite you into your own home practice. A time to take what you’ve built this month and make it your own.
🌸🌸🌸🌸Thank you for understanding and supporting this space we share.

March at Wildflower: Awakening & Rising
As the light begins to shift and the days grow longer, our practice shifts too.
In yoga philosophy; Ayurveda, spring is associated with Kapha — the qualities of earth and water. This time of year can feel heavy, slow, or stagnant in the body. Rather than pushing against that, we work with it.
We begin to stir the soil.
Over the next four weeks, our focus will move from:
• waking the joints and breath
• to building steady, intentional heat
• to expanding through the heart and side body
• to stepping forward with clarity and balance
This isn’t about dramatic change.
It’s about honoring the transition from winter into spring with awareness.
We warm gradually.
We build strength intelligently.
We let the breath lead the shift.

Our Breathe, Balance, Be (BBB) sessions continue in March as a 20-minute pause to support this seasonal shift. As nature begins to move and open, we practice noticing the prana within — steady, simple, and alive — through guided pranayama and quiet stillness. A small but powerful way to stay grounded as the light returns.
