❤️ February Staff Spotlight – National Heart Month ❤️

Meet Dillan Findley, one of our District Managers!

Dillan's advice for better heart health would be "Exercise! The American Heart Association recommends 150 minutes of exercise per day. You don’t need to wake up tomorrow and run a marathon — start small. What matters most is consistency, especially on days when motivation fades, that's when discipline is more important than motivation. That’s how habits become lasting results."

His go-to way to de-stress after a busy day at the pharmacy is to go fishing, work out or work on a project in his shop.

We’re thankful for leaders like Dillan who put heart into everything they do!

✔️PBM Reform has passed out of the Kansas Senate!

We are so grateful for the immense amount of work that has been put into this bill so far - from pharmacies closing to advocate for their patients to patients advocating for their pharmacy, this has been an incredible lift.

Tomorrow, we will urge folks to thank the senators that supported us and we will start our work on the House side - but for now, we hope everyone has the chance to take a breath tonight as the fight has just begun!
