It’s the perfect counterbalance to your high-intensity training or a stressful week. Come release stored tension and regulate your nervous system. 🧘‍♀️

2025 was an amazing year for GGW ✨

I started off the year at the Singers & Songwriters Retreat, playing next to Sandra and Lisa ✨ We met back up for a Stillness & Silent Retreat, where I thought my head might explode if I tried to be quiet — but I was pleasantly surprised by how badly I just needed to shut up 🤷🏼‍♀️

I shared sonic sound therapy at Shawnee College twice this year 💓 I truly enjoy introducing nervous system regulation to the next generation in cosmetology and nursing schools.

I was so happy to collaborate with Amanda in Anna, IL at Ascendant Moon and Ferne Clyffe! This meditation always brings me back to myself 🫶🏽

Shawnee Ginger Sol and I shared Sonic Alchemy at our favorite Southern Illinois venue, Yummys ♥️ We loved having Calliope Botanics join us 🌼

I made the switch from crystal bowls to brass bowls this year, and I really couldn’t be happier with the vibes. Aunt Sheri and I spent the afternoon at Center of Sound St Louis with Patti picking out a new set 🙌🏽 I am in love 🥰

We spent the summer floating our little souls away — every minute of sharing sound in water felt magical. The Holmstead was the perfect spot for the Lion’s Gate, and we had so many incredible evenings surrounded by sound and friends 🌀

It’s always such a joy when I get to collaborate with BLYSS Dispensary Illinois I shared sound at their bash, and their Twista concert gave us the perfect opportunity to show off our infused cooking skills. (The Substitute Chef) Kaleb Pape hit it outta the park with shrimp & grits 🔥 we couldn’t have done it without our girl Summer 🫶🏽

We headed south for a women’s retreat 💚 with High Society Hanna Butler where Kaleb taught another amazing infused dinner demo. I’m pretty sure he was made for this!

A huge shout-out to Hey Friend for creating the most amazing boards for my events this year — 👀 at those pics, please 😍

I ended the year in awe and gratitude. My instruments are back home to be played through winter while I marinate in all this life continues to gift me. I’m so excited to see what 2026 holds for Girl Gong Wild.

Mats, pillows, blankets will be provided for this event or feel free to bring your own.
