🤎 We’re looking for volunteers—and you don’t need specialized training to make a meaningful difference. 🤎

One of the most cherished ways our volunteers serve is by creating memory bears. These keepsakes are lovingly handmade from the clothing of patients who have passed, offering families a comforting, tangible reminder of their loved one. Every stitch is filled with care, compassion, and remembrance.

We’re currently seeking bear makers, along with volunteers interested in:

🧸 Sewing memory bears or other comfort items (like pillows)
🎉 Helping with special events
🏡 “Help Around the House” projects (light home repairs, cleaning, yard cleanup)
🗂️ Office and administrative support

Whether you’re crafty, handy, organized, or simply have a heart to serve, there’s a place for you with HomeCare & Hospice of the Valley.

Our annual holiday "Jingle Mingle" brought together residents, families and team members for an afternoon of music and merriment. Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating the season and the strong sense of community that makes Sopris Lodge at Carbondale a wonderful place to call home. ❤️🎄🎶✨

We hosted a special shopping event in the bistro, where showcased handcrafted wellness and beauty products for body and soul. The holiday pop-up offered residents an easy, stress-free way to take care of last-minute shopping without leaving home. 🎁
