Please note that tonight's restorative yoga session is canceled. Our next gathering is scheduled for Monday, May 25, and will be complimentary in honor of Memorial Day. We will meet from 6-7:15 pm. If you're interested in experiencing restorative yoga, next Monday is your chance.

It's a little bit hard to relax when you have a tornado watch coming your way. It always feels nicer to be home.

Restorative yoga will not meet today, April 27. We will resume class again next month.
