We are excited to announce that we have a new physician joining our practice! Please join us in welcoming Dr. Nasrah Acheampong. She will start providing care to our patients on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

Nasrah Acheampong, MD is a compassionate and skilled Ob/Gyn physician dedicated to providing comprehensive women’s healthcare. She recently completed her Ob/Gyn residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. She is passionate about improving maternal outcomes and advancing patient-centered care. Her approach to care is grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and evidence-based practice. Having attended medical school in southern Illinois, she is excited to return and serve the community that helped shape her journey.

Education
Dr. Acheampong completed medical school at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, and Ob-Gyn residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Acheampong is a board-eligible Ob/Gyn physician.

In order to accommodate another provider, we need to add two additional clinical staff and have them trained and ready to go for September 1, 2025. You do not want to miss this opportunity!

We are looking for the right person to join our team as a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant. Experience is preferred but not necessarily a requirement.

Duties and responsibilities include: direct patient care, use of electronic medical records, rooming patients, taking vitals, assisting providers with exams and procedures, scheduling appointments, stocking rooms, phlebotomy, giving injections along with various other duties.
We offer paid holidays, vacation time, health, vision and dental insurance, 401(k)/profit sharing plan, as well as a staff lunch every Friday.

We have paid internships available for those ready to gain the clinical experience needed to strengthen applications for medical, PA, nursing or graduate school.
No prior medical experience is needed-just the motivation to learn, as we will provide on-the-job training. Responsibilities include direct patient care, use of electronic medical records, setting up for and assisting with patient exams, and other duties, both patient related and administrative.
At least a one year commitment to the position is necessary. Full-time applicants are preferred, but part-time applicants will be considered. Full-time benefit package includes: health insurance, dental/vision plan, 401k plus profit sharing and paid time off.
We will provide a letter of recommendation for school, as well as personal statement review and feedback.

Dr. Tomevi just returned from a Medical Missions trip with FIMRC to a remote indigenous island called Isla Chira. This island is located on the western side of Costa Rica. She worked with other physicians to provide primary care, acute care and preventative medications to the families of this island. Over the course of the week, the group saw 1/10 of the island population!!
