In Sync Mind Body Therapy Center Therapeutic Massage, Salon & Spa Services(natural & organic) at Affordable Prices. We are located at 2031 S.

Swedish, Deep Tissue, SARGA, Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Reiki Illinois Avenue, next to Arnie's Sandwiches about 1/5 mile south of the Pleasant Hill/51 intersection. Our building is beige with green trim and is set back from the road. Use the center turning lane and there are two entrances to our parking lot. There is extra parking in the back of the building if the front lot is full. We operate by appointment only Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Extended hours and Sunday appointments depending on therapists' availability. Credit card reservations requested for first time clients booking two or more services and for couples or groups booking a variety of services. We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Our Story

In Sync Mind Body Therapy Center was established in 1994 by Kitrina Hunter, LMT, who had a vision of creating a peaceful, relaxing environment for clients to receive quality massage therapy. Our thriving business relocated to our current location in 2004 to enhance our offerings to include spa services, yoga classes, and personal development classes. We have 9 licensed massage therapists, 2 yoga instructors, a Reiki Master, and a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher.

In 2007, Angela Batson, Cosmetologist and LMT, opened Envi Salon and Spa within In Sync. Envi Salon follows the Organic Way concept. Angela is a Holistic Cosmetologist, a Clinically Certified Aromatherapist and a Certified Natural Products Formulator. She creates Envi Botanicals with natural and organic ingredients that are sourced locally, when possible. These fine products, and other unique wares created by local artisans, are displayed in a gift area within In Sync.
