The two biggest issues we see in students at the start is:

– they don’t trust what they feel
– or they trust it too quickly

Qi can show up in different ways:

– tangible, like pressure or magnetic resistance
– subjective, like the rising sensation of anger or the sinking of grief

While not everything you “think” you feel is Qi—not everything subtle should be dismissed either.

The skill is learning the difference.

Li 理: The Intrinsic Patterns of Nature
