1️⃣ Lift with your legs, not your back
Bend at your hips and knees, keep your chest up, and use the strength of your legs to power the lift.

2️⃣ Keep the load close to your body
Holding items close reduces strain on your lower back and helps you stay balanced.

3️⃣ Avoid twisting while carrying
Turn your whole body instead of twisting your spine—especially when the load is heavy.

❌High-Impact Activities: running/jogging, jumping, burpees.
These put significant stress on weight-bearing joints like knees, hips, and ankles
❌Poor-Form Movements: deep squats, lunges, and heavy weightlifting
These can strain hips and knees if done too deep and put unnecessary strain on legs if the weight is too heavy
❌Repetitive Motions: tennis serve and golf swing.
Repeatedly doing the same movement can strain muscles, tendons, and nerves and cause carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, bursitis, or stress fractures.
