We had a special celebration for our beloved resident June as she turned 99! The kindergarten class from Ashland Elementary School made the day extra special with handmade cards, cupcakes, games, and even a few songs. 🧁🥳

Throughout the school year, these kindergartners have affectionately adopted her as “Grammy June,” brightening her days with posters and crafts. June even took a bus ride earlier this year to visit her kindergarten friends in Ashland!

We, along with June’s family, are incredibly grateful for this beautiful intergenerational bond.

🎣 It was a perfect day for fishing! We're not sure which was bigger—the fish or the stories about them! 😄 Residents enjoyed a relaxing day by the water, reeling in some great catches and sharing laughs over a BBQ lunch.

We had a beautiful Memorial Day spent honoring those who served and sacrificed for our country.

The program included a Last Roll Call, wreath laying, poppy tribute, and the presentation of Veterans Pins to all of our resident Veterans.

We’re grateful to everyone who helped make this ceremony so meaningful, including:

🎶 Jonathan Smith, who led us in patriotic music on piano and voice
