4 years ago today! Amazing to think of this journey and all the growing pains it took to get here . Moving back to the county 8 years ago with a vision to bring an upscale spa experience to Northern Maine and be closer to family.

Big dreams start small and for me that was starting in Dr. Cindy Bouchard’s chiropractic office using her room when she was not working 2 days a week. With growing clientele I moved my massage business to where I lived on Lynn Drive 2 years later working out of the finished basement. My goal was still bigger, to offer more services , have more trained professionals, something bigger then just myself.

After 2 years of saving up enough money for the down payment and the help of NMDC I was able to purchase the building at 73 Sweden Street and rebrand from Reflections with Jen to Thrive Body Spa. It’s been an amazing journey of growth and learning and I feel like we are still just getting started .

Thank you everyone who has been on this journey with me and have supported me with starting your own career journey with Thrive, encouraging words, reviews, recommendations, and your business .

I used to think this journey would be so hard doing it all on my own, just one person but you all have shown me I was never all alone and have a village right here in the County ❤️
