Sundays aren’t about going consistently "It’s also about the "being." It’s about giving our minds and bodies the space they need to heal without the pressure of being productive.
Today’s gentle reminders for anyone else on this journey:
✨ Rest is a requirement, not a reward. You don’t have to "earn" your seat on the couch today.
✨ Protect your peace. It’s okay to stay off social media, say no to plans, and just be still.
✨ Be kind to your mind. If today feels heavy, remember how far you’ve come.
Whether it's a quiet cup of coffee, journaling, drawing or coloring, a short walk in the snowy weather, or just an afternoon nap, we hope you find a moment of true rest today. You are doing hard work, and you deserve this pause. 🤍

🌟 The New Year and Our Recovery 🌟
As we step into a new year, it’s a perfect time to reflect on how far we’ve come and set intentions for the journey ahead. Recovery isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, resilience, and hope.
One of the most powerful tools in recovery is peer support and coaching. Why? Because:
✅ Shared Experience – When someone truly understands what you’re going through, it creates trust and connection among peers.
✅ Empowerment – Recovery Coaches don’t tell you what to do; they walk beside you, helping you discover your own strengths.
✅ Accountability & Encouragement – Having someone who believes in you can make all the difference when challenges arise.
✅ Community – Recovery thrives in connection. Peer support reminds us we’re never alone.
This year, let’s lean into these relationships, build stronger networks, and support each other in living our best lives in recovery. 💪✨
If you would like a recovery coach in person or by phone, please call 207-493-1278 or message us on Facebook.
We’re here for you—because recovery is stronger together. 💙
