One Day at a Time
The idea of "forever" can be overwhelming. In recovery, we trade the crushing weight of the future for the power of the present moment.
"One Day at a Time" is more than a slogan—it's a practical strategy:
* You don't have to be perfect for life. Just for the next 24 hours.
* Worry lives in tomorrow. Peace lives in today.
* String enough successful "todays" together, and you suddenly have a powerful recovery.
Stop looking at the mountain, and focus on the single step in front of you. Just for today, you've got this.

Be gentle with yourself today. Let's focus on the next right thing. One day or even a minute at a time.
Be kind to yourself and look ahead at what’s to come, not of what what behind.
