Focus on Progress, Not Perfection!
• Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself when you mess up. It’s part of being human.
• Set Realistic Goals: Recovery is a marathon, not a sprint. Celebrate the small wins.
• Mistakes ≠ Failure: View setbacks as learning opportunities, not reasons to quit.

Reminder of upcoming meetings this week are the NA meetings at 10 am on Wednesday and then at 7 pm Friday.
