Remind yourself—you showed dignity, respect, and compassion in someone’s final moments.
It doesn’t get “easy,” but you get stronger. And you’re never alone in this. 💙

Advocating professionally means making sure the voices of Certified Nursing Assistants are heard on every level, local, state, and federal. CNAs are the backbone of patient care, and when we speak up together, we can influence policies, improve working conditions, and strengthen the future of our profession.
