The ability to analyze, adapt and find solutions has an impact not just in the classroom—but in every area of life.

💫 We’re talking about problem solving—something that kids practice everyday at KidStrong. But this week as part of the KidStrong Fall Challenge, we’re dialing in on problem solving with mental and physical challenges that accelerate kids’ skills. 💫

We’re challenging KidStrong kids to grow by learning how to think critically under pressure, adapt when things don’t go the way you expect and collaborate with teammates.

The results? More creativity. More resilience. And more determination to win at life. 🙌 👏

Hi, I’m Kalli! 💖 I’m 23 years old and working toward my dream of becoming a teacher, because inspiring and guiding kids is something I’ve always been passionate about. I earned my degree from SUNY Old Westbury and I’m now taking the next step by pursuing my master’s degree in education.
When I’m not working, I love staying active, diving into a good book, traveling to new places, and trying out fun, new food spots!
I would say Iron Man is my favorite superhero because I am a huge Marvel fan and his movie will always be my go-to.🛡️
KidStrong has truly become a second home to me and a place where I can grow, laugh, and make a difference every single day. One of my favorite parts of being here is leading the daily affirmations. At KidStrong, we make problem solving fun through age-appropriate skill-building activities developed by experts. We’re talking:

🏗️ Fort building to teach kids how to plan, adapt and think critically and creatively.
⭕ Strategic thinking and logical reasoning games like tic-tac-toe.
🤝 Line up challenges that require collaboration and communication to get the job done.
🤷 Guessing games that require kids to analyze information and use logic.

Hi! My name is Isabella. I am currently in my third year of college, majoring in psychology and minoring in speech language pathology and audiology.
I previously worked as a daycare assistant and I have been working at Kidstrong for almost 7 months now.
When I am not at Kidstrong, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, baking, exercising, and going on adventures, such as zip lining and go karting. The next adventure on my bucket list is sky diving.
My favorite superhero is my mom because she is the most hard-working, strong, and selfless person I know. She is always there for me, encourages me to become the best version of myself, and reminds me that I can achieve all of my goals as long as I set my mind to it.
I wanted to join the Kidstrong team because I have always loved working with kids. I want all kids to be confident in themselves and know they can achieve all of their goals, no matter how big or small. 💙💚
My favorite part about Kidstrong is competition, especially when coaches get involved. It is so much fun and it teaches kids to focus on playing the game, rather than winning and losing.

Grit is what helps kids keep going when things get tough. It’s the drive to work hard, stick with it and finish strong—even when the challenge feels like it’s too much.

During KidStrong’s Fall Challenge, kids are given opportunities to push their limits in a safe, motivating environment. This allows them to learn that grit isn’t about talent—it’s about consistent effort, the ability to persevere and cultivate resilience.
