On October 24th at 10AM, will be leading a Pilates class in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Donations will be accepted now through the end of the month, and every bit makes a difference. Proceeds will be donated to helping woman over 40 receive free mammograms.

After class, will be providing some delicious coffee!
