Eligibility:
• Post-high school adults in our service area currently enrolled in college with a healthcare career goal.
• Post-high school adults in our service area looking to further their education in a healthcare program. (Seniors graduating Spring 2026, enrolling in college Fall 2026 are eligible)

A group of 6th graders from Northwestern CUSD #2 visited CAH+C last week for Mini Medical Days. As part of their science lessons about the human body, students explored departments throughout the hospital to see how many different roles come together to care for our community.

Carlinville and Girard Family Health Care

Carlinville Area Hospital’s Rural Health Clinic is offered in two locations for your convenience. Carlinville Family Health Care is located adjacent to the hospital in the new Medical Office Building located at 20613 North Broad. Girard Family Healthcare is located in Girard, IL at 205 South Third Street.

In addition to both clinic locations, a 7-day a week walk-in clinic is also offered at the Carlinville office. Hours are 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Please note, you do not have to be a current patient to utilize our walk-in clinic.

Our physicians and staff offer many years of experience, knowledge, and training. Our physicians are trained to prevent, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of ailments in patients of all ages. They are able to apply modern techniques to prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of the vast majority of common illnesses and injuries. Our goal is to help maintain or return you to good health.
