Please join us in congratulating Kristofer Foster as MCPHD's Employee of the Month for September 2025! Kristofer is a Registered Nurse and our WIC Nurse Coordinator. His co-workers brought forward many, many reasons why they nominated him for Employee of the Month!

~ Kristofer is a friendly presence for our patients and a pleasure to work with and he readily offers help and takes on any task.

~ No matter how busy or full his schedule is, he greets patients warmly, takes time to educate them, and answers their questions in order to make them feel comfortable.

~ Kristofer handles challenges without complaint, and his dedication to MCPHD is evident, making him a valuable team member.

~ He covers immunization clinics and outreach events, manages cases for elevated lead levels independently, and conducts home visits for the lead program. He also manages a heavy WIC caseload and ensures necessary vaccines are given during appointments.

~ Kris’s documentation is exemplary. He often goes beyond his duties to support colleagues and he consistently offers assistance, meets program goals, and remains courteous to patients and staff.

Congratulations, Kristofer, on being named Macoupin County Public Health Department's September 2025 Employee of the Month! Well deserved!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING WEEK!!! Our Macoupin County Public Health Department teams came together STRONG this year in the spirit of giving for The MCPHD Thanksgiving Food Drive 2025!

Thanks to the generosity of our staff, we collected an incredible amount of food that we are donating to Macoupin County food pantries ... helping families enjoy a warm and plentiful holiday season.
