I'm unfortunately out of the office today May 3rd. I am a PCM high School doing a career fair, teaching the next generation about Chiropractic Care. I will be back in the office for regular hours on Tuesday. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

The firework tents are being torn down, the summer heat is coming on strong, and we are winding down the days until the start of the 2020/2021 school year and athletic seasons. With the unknown of what this school year will entail for all of us, dont spend a fortune getting your sports physical, schedule with us and only pay $10. Schedule now, we can usually get you on the books within two days.

We're not quite halfway through 2020 and it has done a great job of teaching all of us, a new way to live. As we are starting to get out and get back to a new normal, don't forget to take care of yourselves. For your convenience, I clean the adjusting room and front desk between every patient, and the front doors at least every hour. If you would like to wear a mask, you are more than welcome to and I will reciprocate. I want all patients to feel comfortable and enjoy your experience at my office. And for your comfort, I have the ability to schedule a slot for you to be the only other one at the office, just ask!

We're still open! And that's no April fool's. The office hours are from 1-6 Monday-Friday, and I am scheduling everyone in 30 minute blocks so there is plenty of time to clean everything between patients and can ensure that you will be the only one in the office, to minimize exposure. As of today, there is no miracle cure for covid-19, the best bet we all have is to build our immune system, and be cautious.

Building your immune system is hard work but it will prevent you from getting I'll and if you do get sick, it will help you fight it off and get past it faster. You can do this through eating healthy, taking your vitamins, getting plenty of exercise, taking care of your mental health, and utilizing Chiropractic Care.

After you've built up your immune systems health, you need to be cautious so that you don't have to overburden it. Keep your distance, wash your hands, if you think you've come into contact with someone that is infected, then isolate yourself and contact your physician. If you do have to go out, one recommendation that I have is to wear gloves. Gloves are an easy reminder to not touch your face, and you can't miss a spot like you could with sanitizer. Just make sure you don't touch your phone or any other personal items, for that fact practice only taking in your credit card when you go to the store, it's easily cleaned afterward.

Covid19 update -
1) To increase caution and safety for all of my patients, I am asking that all patients schedule their visits, and refrain from walk-ins. If you chose to walk-in and I have another patient either ready to come, or currently in the office, I will ask for you to come back at another time. This allows isolation of visits, and allows me time to thoroughly clean between patients.
2) To minimize surfaces for disease, I have put away all of my toys/books in the office, removed magazines, and extra chairs.
3) We will, for the time being, only accept payment via card, electronic payments, and check.
4) As stated in previous posts, if you think you have come into contact with someone who is infected, or you are showing any symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing), please stay home, contact your physician, and take care of yourself.

I make these changes in an attempt to keep my office a safe space for all patients, to make sure that no one has to put off care until this initial wave has passed. If you are scared or not comfortable following through with your appointment, please contact the office to cancel/reschedule so someone else can use that opening.

*Chiropractic care can help in many ways during times like these. It has been shown to help boost the immune system, and for patients that are in pain, it gives you a place to seek proven pain management treatment and keep you away from the hospitals/medical clinics that are going to be dealing with an increase in disease.

I will be keeping everyone posted if anything changes. For the time being; stay safe, wash your hands, don't touch your face, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, get some exercise, and get to know your family a little better.

Covid-19 announcement: I want to assure you that I am doing my best to take care of my patients and make you feel as comfortable and safe as I can in these difficult times. I am still open and taking care of patients but am aware things can change. I am concerned for my patients, staff, and family; asking that you please don’t come if you feel sick or have a fever or feel like you have had exposure. I understand if you can’t make an appointment or don’t feel comfortable coming to my office. I would appreciate you letting me know ahead of time that you won’t be able to keep an appointment. I assure you, I have been sanitizing and disinfecting to keep us all as healthy as we possibly can. Everyone please stay healthy and try to laugh a little everyday.
