Camille Baughman & Associates Therapeutic Massage is a comprehensive wellness center that has served the Carlisle Community since 1986. Our staff are Pennsylvania Licensed and Certified in a wide variety of bodywork modalities.

In our stressful society, it is important to take care of yourself. As daily stresses build and there is less done to counteract it with exercise, proper rest, or nutrition, the normal function of the body is challenged. As a result, adverse effects can manifest in numerous forms throughout the systems of your body.
In time of technologically driven medicine, massage offers the welcome balance of human touch.
Massage Modalities:
Swedish Massage- Relax, restore, and renew body, mind and spirit with this soothing full body meditative massage.
Reiki- An ancient and sacred healing technique to induce a meditative and healing state of mind, body, and spirit.
Deep Tissue Massage- Bodywork with firm pressure that gives powerful relief from tension and eases chronic areas of discomfort.
Raindrop Therapy- Application of 9 pure essential oils along the spine, followed by a warm, moist compress.
Hot Stone Therapy- Become peacefully calm while gently heated, soothing stones, massage and melt away tension.
Neuromuscular Therapy- Target specific areas of pain and stiffness with the dynamic combination of trigger-point therapy and soft-tissue manipulation.
Therapeutic Touch(TT)- A type of energy medicine where the therapist moves his or her hands over the patient's energy field, directing the flow of chi or prana so the patient can heal.
Massage for the Childbearing Year- Massage techniques given throughout the various stages of pregnancy: supportive and nourishing massage while pregnant, after delivery, and special sessions designed for parents to learn infant massage.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy- A gentle, non-invasive hands-on technique to detect and correct imbalances in the cranio-sacral system.
Reflexology- Special massage techniques for the hands and feet, based on reflexes that correspond to the rest of the body.
Ionic Cleanse Detox Session- The Ion-Cleanse process is an amazing cleansing method for detoxifying your entire body by bathing your feet in warm water while using positive and negative ions from an ion generator.
Sports Massage- This type of therapy uses specific stroke techniques that can speed the healing and recuperation of many common sports injuries as well as prepare an athlete for a competition.
Sinus and Allergy Relief Massage- Uses hot and cold stones, aromatherapy oils, Jin Shin Do Acupressure points and hot compresses on the face and neck to release the pressure in the sinus cavity as a result of allergies.
Neck, Shoulders and Face Massage- Herbalized hot oil massage, the use of a stream tent and aromatherapy essential oils are used to bring relief from sinus congestion and allergies.
Onsite/Worksite Chair Message- Our therapists are also available for On-site Chair massage and Stress Management and Wellness Consultations; as well as Seminars for Employee Enhancement (SEE).
