🌲 Happy National Take a Hike Day! 🚶‍♂️ Whether you're hitting the trails or enjoying a leisurely walk in the park, remember to take a moment to appreciate nature. It's a great way to clear your mind and recharge your creativity. Sam and I normally walk part of the Appalachian Trail every day. I am literally a 3 minute walk to it. Plus we can jump in the car and pick up other local segments if the mood strikes. I know it's chilly but bundle up and get that muscles moving. Do a walking meditation and feel your stress dissolve. I often receive my clearest guidance while walking in the woods.

It is official I have started an online community group where you can learn and share. It is time to move forward into an improved space other than Facebook. I am still building the group and will be adding to it daily. I have created a community on the Skool app. It is a safe space with no spam or advertising.

Here is my link. I am offering a free week to check it out. I will be offering regular meditations, conversations and teaching. My focus currently is on sacred communication. Starting with listening. I find people have a real longing to be heard in a world where people are distracted. We don't even hear ourselves.
