Our story begins with YOU!

Anahata Yoga & Mindful Movement was created with YOU in mind. We are a boutique local studio with knowledgeable teachers offering mat yoga and meditation classes, Aerial Yoga classes, workshops and special events for everyone wishing to start or deepen their practice of yoga, meditation and wellness.

Our studio can accommodate 12 students at a time allowing our teachers to pay individual attention to YOUR practice and safety ensuring everyone enjoys the experience of yoga.

All teachers at Anahata Yoga & Mindful Movement have gone through an extensive training (200 hours and more) and offer classes of various styles and levels of challenge including Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Slow Flow, Aerial Yoga and more.

We offer a variety of Membership and Class Pass options, including drop in rates, 5 and 10 class passes (separately for mat and Aerial Yoga) and Unlimited Monthly Memberships for individuals and couples (shared memberships for 2 members of one household).
