Love was in the air at Chapel Pointe this weekend! 💌 Residents were delighted when kids from SPY stopped by to share Valentines and smiles.

One photo capture the pure wonder of receiving a Valentine, while another shows a beautiful connection across generations — a visitor giving a Valentine to the mom of his “Big” from Big Brothers Big Sisters, and receiving a hug in return. 💖

Moments like these are a powerful reminder of how meaningful intergenerational connections can be — bringing everyone together in ways that leave a lasting impact on all involved.

We’ve welcomed visitors from all over the world this past week, and it’s been wonderful to hear how God’s love connects us across backgrounds and experiences.

During a recent Chapel Chat, residents heard from Rev. Quinton de Beer of Carlisle United Methodist Church. Originally from South Africa, Quinton shared his journey from entrepreneur and coffee business owner to answering a call to ministry. He previously served as a Mission Director in South Africa, supporting Methodist schools, orphanages, and entrepreneurial education. A husband and father of three daughters, his story was a meaningful reminder of faith guiding every season of life.
