We have a scholarship available to participate in the 2027 Leadership Cumberland Fellows Program, available to an individual working or volunteering for a nonprofit organization in our service area.

Leadership Cumberland serves Cumberland County by developing effective leaders in the workplace and community. Learn more about the Fellows Program, and apply by April 17: https://www.leadershipcumberland.org/programs-services/fellows-program/application.html

The tuition cost of one fellow is $2,950 and includes all learning materials, orientation, a mandatory overnight retreat, educational bus trip(s), and 8 class sessions totaling over 100 hours of educational content. Course experiences and offerings will be dependent on current climates.

The Partnership has funding to offset tuition costs for one individual, but acceptance into Leadership Cumberland is a separate process and managed by Leadership Cumberland staff. The application deadline for the 2026-2027 fellows program closes April 17, 2025. Contact Leadership Cumberland with questions at (717) 763-9300 or Director@Leadershipcumberland.org.
