Hello again from Catherine & Co. Alternative Therapies 🌿
It’s been a quiet few years here on social media, but my work has been steadily growing and taking shape in new and exciting directions.
I’ve recently made a meaningful shift in my business: I’ve downsized to a solo practice, allowing me to offer more focused, intentional, and personalized care for each of my clients. This change has brought me back to the heart of why I do this work: presence, connection, and truly individualized treatment.
I’m also thrilled to step into a new chapter as a board-approved continuing education instructor in Integrative Reflexology®. This expansion allows me to share my experience beyond my treatment room and support other practitioners in their own growth.
This year, I’ll be teaching three CE courses:
• My first has already sold out 👏
• My second is heading to Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy 🖤💛
• And this fall, I’ll be offering another opportunity for licensed massage therapists—and anyone curious about reflexology—to learn, explore, and deepen their understanding of this powerful modality 👣
I’ll be sharing more here again—education, updates, and glimpses into the work I love.
