Katie joined Embody when the studio first opened and immediately connected with our message — and with Vanessa’s unique, heart-centered approach to teaching.
She fell in love with yoga for how it helps her slow down, take time for herself, and still get in a great workout. As a big advocate for mental health, Katie believes yoga is one of the best ways to reset both body and mind.
Outside the studio, Katie is a wife, mom to a little ballerina, and pet parent to two golden retrievers and one very large rabbit. 🐾 She’s a social media manager for local businesses and loves all things content creation and video editing. She also loves soaking up small-town Carlisle life (she says it feels straight out of Stars Hollow 💫).
When she’s not on her mat, you’ll probably find her out to dinner downtown with her husband and daughter or going for bike rides through Carlisle’s tree-lined streets.
