Sales Support & Development Specialist

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Position Summary
The Sales Support & Development Specialist plays a dual role — supporting sales operations while driving new business growth. This position combines administrative coordination with outbound lead generation and client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and confident making outbound calls to connect with potential clients.

Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Prepare and manage sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Research and contact potential clients to qualify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
Schedule client appointments and assist with project coordination.
Follow up on open proposals and assist in meeting monthly sales goals.
Deliver excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
Confident making outbound and follow-up calls.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Customerfocused with a positive, team oriented attitude.
