Member Spotlight: Edie Eckerle

Edie Eckerle is a member of the Harrisburg Bicycle Club Group and has always been active. However, she lacked strength and need a professional approach to her fitess before her big bike trip. She received a persoanlized exercise program and was able to face her 2-week bike tour without reservation! She is able to do everything she loves to do with strength and ease. "The atmosphere is always positive and uplifting, and I couldn't feel better."
