Horsemanship Challenge Clinics A Fun Ground work clinic with an added ground work competition! THIS CLINIC CAN COME TO YOU! Its a great way to get your horse ready for the shows or the trails!

The Horsemanship Challenge Series is set over two dates, and participants can take part in one or all of the events. The Series is designed to give you an interesting and fun afternoon to better your ground skills for you and your horse, as well as riding skills. Its set up as a mini clinic with hands on teaching and problem solving, and finishing with a scored OBSTACLE Course! There will be different obstacles to desensitize your horse, as well as teach them organization, control, and rhythm of the feet, but also with an emphasis on smoothness of body language and ground skills of the handler. HIGHPOINT AWARDS will also be awarded at the end of the series, to the top horse and handler, for three catergories . .

12 & Under, 13 – 18, 19 & over

$85 per clinic/ day

LIMITED SPOTS! So reserve your spot ASAP for one or all of the Series dates! This clinic CAN ALSO TRAVEL and COME TO YOU and your horse clubs/barns! Fees will vary depending on travel time!

Its all about understanding the horses body better for all purposes we need them for! They need us to learn what they need as well!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS...

Sunday November 6 .....12 noon CLASSROOM THEORY DISCUSSION

FOLLOWED BY ..TWO GROUPS of 3 to 4 handlers/horses.
for in hand body work training

ALL AGES, EVERY LEVEL! BE IN IT OR AUDIT IT!

Monday November 7.... private hour sessions with Deanna

(Obviously thus will be for adults as its during the day..when kids are at school, but homeschooled children are totally welcome!)

________. AUDIT 1 OR BOTH DAYS (NOT PARTICIPATING W/HORSE) $60

PARTICIPANTS/RIDERS (MUST DO CLASSROOM SESSION)

People often don’t realize how important groundwork is until they have been injured. As their horse bucks them off, and they fly through the air, they think, “Should have done more groundwork!” When you prepare a horse on the ground by getting him respectful and using the thinking side of his brain, you will usually have very little problems under saddle.
