Starting Position:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Hold a kettlebell with both hands at chest level, close to your body.
The Squat:
Lower your body into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
Keep your chest up and your back straight.
Returning to Start:
Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
Maintain control to engage the muscles effectively.
Focus Points:
Engage your core for stability.
Keep your knees aligned with your toes.
Use a weight that allows you to perform 10-15 reps with proper form.
