Clothing Optional Dance to Yoga Nidra (Online)

Come join us for a unique and liberating experience that blends movement, meditation, and deep relaxation. This class is designed to guide you through different layers of connection- with your body, your breath, and your inner stillness.

We begin with mirrored and ecstatic dance, an invitation to shake off tension, move freely, and express yourself in whatever way feels good. There are no steps to follow- just music, your body, and the energy of the space. This is a time to loosen up, let go of self-consciousness, and listen to what your body wants.

As the energy settles, we transition into slower, more grounded movements, deep stretches, gentle holds, and mindful stillness. These movements help to calm the nervous system, allowing you to sink deeper into a state of relaxation.

Finally, we arrive at yoga nidra, also known as “yogic sleep.” This is a deeply restorative guided meditation that takes you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where your body can rest, heal, and recharge.

All experiences and all expressions are welcome. Come as you are, move as you feel, and leave feeling lighter, freer, and deeply relaxed.

Clothing Optional Oracle Yin Yoga (Online) takes place every Wednesday at 9 AM PST. This class offers more than yoga, providing an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and receive intuitive guidance. Each session begins with the drawing of an oracle card, offering insight and reflection. The card may highlight something already present or provide a new perspective on the current path. There is no right or wrong interpretation, only a gentle invitation to allow the message to unfold naturally throughout the practice.

The session then moves into slow, intentional yoga designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and enhance present-moment awareness. Movements are fluid and unhurried, encouraging deep connection with the body. Long-held postures and mindful breathing promote relaxation and introspection, while the influence of the oracle card subtly informs awareness during the practice.

The session begins with slow, grounded movements, deep stretches, gentle holds, and mindful stillness. These practices help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for a deeper state of relaxation.

The class then transitions into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation designed to take the body into a restorative state where healing and rejuvenation can occur. Participants lie in a comfortable resting position, using optional props such as blankets, bolsters, pillows, or eye pillows to enhance relaxation. No movement or effort is required, just rest and release.

This is a clothing-optional class, providing the freedom to wear as much or as little as desired in a supportive and respectful environment. The space is also 420 friendly. Participants are encouraged to arrive ready to begin at the start of class with a focus on breath.

Join us online every Tuesday morning at 9 AM PST for Clothing Optional Yoga with Props.

This class is all about support, comfort, and deep connection- to your body, your breath, and the present moment. Whether we’re moving through a slow flow or settling into long-held postures, props will be our tools for greater ease, stability, depth, and release.

You’ll need two yoga blocks and a strap (or belt) to help with alignment and deepening stretches. If your knees need extra love, bring a blanket for padding and comfort. The goal is to meet your body where it’s at, using props to make each pose more accessible, effective, and nourishing.

Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the props to support your practice. This is a time for deep relaxation, release, and self-acceptance- nothing to force, nothing to prove, just space to be.
