Clothing Optional Dance to Yoga Nidra (Online)
Come join us for a unique and liberating experience that blends movement, meditation, and deep relaxation. This class is designed to guide you through different layers of connection- with your body, your breath, and your inner stillness.
We begin with mirrored and ecstatic dance, an invitation to shake off tension, move freely, and express yourself in whatever way feels good. There are no steps to follow- just music, your body, and the energy of the space. This is a time to loosen up, let go of self-consciousness, and listen to what your body wants.
As the energy settles, we transition into slower, more grounded movements, deep stretches, gentle holds, and mindful stillness. These movements help to calm the nervous system, allowing you to sink deeper into a state of relaxation.
Finally, we arrive at yoga nidra, also known as “yogic sleep.” This is a deeply restorative guided meditation that takes you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where your body can rest, heal, and recharge.
All experiences and all expressions are welcome. Come as you are, move as you feel, and leave feeling lighter, freer, and deeply relaxed.
