🎡The 1904 St. Louis World's Fair was the topic of today's resident educational session, highlighting its role in introducing novel foods and beverages that became ingrained in American culture.

The 1904 World’s Fair changed how the Western world ate and snacked.😋Many visitors to the Show Me State had their first tastes of foods and beverages that would become American staples such as hot dogs, hamburgers, and the ice cream cone🍔 🌭🍦
